Travel program
An experience for photography enthusiasts to discover, in a unique way, one of the most picturesque regions of Italy.
Seven days to discover small towns and landscapes through the art of photography; a professional photographer with some assistants will guide participants from theory to practice, from the initial stage of taking photos during excursions to the final stage of editing and working on the best ones taken.
No specific knowledge of photography or equipment is necessary.
The teacher will adapt the theoretical part on the basis of participants level, ensuring an instructive and unforgettable experience.
Day 1

Day 2
Breakfast in hotel
Beginning of photography course with initial welcome, introduction of teacher, assistants and participants. First theoretical lesson on photography of architecture and landscapes, image composition, light management and photograph personalization.

Afternoon dedicated to photographic outing to discover and represent through the camera lens the beauties of the historical centre of Perugia with its characteristic steep, narrow streets, ancient monuments, churches and historic buildings, until the unforgettable colours of that golden hour, just before sunset.

Day 3
Breakfast in hotel
From urban to natural architecture, departure for a day dedicated to photography of the nature and landscapes of Lake Trasimeno, the largest lake in central Italy. About 30 minutes from Perugia, Lake Trasimeno offers great inspiration for photography enthusiasts with its beatiful contours and three islands: Polvese, Maggiore and Minore, the first two which can be reached by day by boat or ferry. Here we will discover the many plants and animals living near the numerous, characteristic jetties in the area.

Day 4
Breakfast in hotel
Morning dedicated to reviewing shots taken during two trips to Perugia and Lake Trasimeno and selecting those which convey participants’ strong and weak points. Afternoon excursion to Spello, one of Umbria’s most beautiful spots. Famous for its balconies and flower-filled narrow streets, Spello lies at the foot of Mount Subasio and is considered one of Italy’s most beautiful towns.

Day 6
Breakfast in hotel
Day dedicated to the concluding review of the photography course; a final stage of analysis of photos taken in Perugia, Lake Trasimeno and Spello and selection of the best shots to create a photographic account, through the camera lens, of the week’s discovery of Umbria. Distribution of certificates and farewells.

Day 7
Breakfast and end of tour.
Inclusive of: stay with half board (breakfast and dinner) in 3 star hotel in historical centre of Perugia, theoretical and practical photography course with professional photographer and assistants, transfer in private coach for all listed excursions
